While this season is filled with joy, it can also leave you feeling like a stranger in your own body. Whether your birth was a marathon, a sprint, or somewhere in between, Pilates is here to help you regain your core and pelvic floor strength and feel empowered in your body again.

These sessions are designed with you in mind—whether you want some well-deserved ‘me time’ or prefer to bring your little one along, we have flexible options to suit your lifestyle. And remember, looking after yourself isn’t a luxury—it’s a vital part of caring for your family too.

My daughter recommended I go to Pilates at NNP after I had been struggling with my knee and shoulders. Both Kara and the team have made sure that I felt comfortable in the studio and tailor exercises to me. Over the last few years my shoulder mobility has improved and I have regained flexibility.
